I am trained in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed care. However, I prefer a more holistic approach to treatment. As a psychotherapist, I believe in building a strong relationship with my clients and tailoring treatment to their specific needs and requirements.
